At J-Built our goal is to always exceed clients expectations and create a product that we are proud to showcase. We believe that true craftsmanship is a marriage of technical knowledge and a true investment in what we do. Working closely with clients, architects, and designers, J-Built focuses on building with intent and purpose to achieve the highest levels in our projects.
Building process
At J-Built we understand that at times the building process can be overwhelming. We work closely with our clients to make sure all aspects of the building process are understood and take time to listen to all of our clients goals, expectations, and overall vision for all projects. We are always focused on helping clients facilitate their wishes and have a proven track record of bringing these wishes to fulfillment.
About the Founder
Jason Townley, the founder of J-Built, has a long history in the trades starting in Massachusetts helping his father fix anything and everything on multiple properties they were cared for. Enjoying working with his hands he attended a Vocational High School where he realized his calling was in the carpentry field and used his knowledge of carpentry to propel him through college and then into being a full time “nail bender”. Drawn to Montana by “itchy feet” Jason founded J-Built in the early 2000s and has not looked back. Focusing J-Built on being a company that builds lasting, comfortable, healthy and aesthetically pleasing spaces, Jason brings his extensive knowledge of building practices to all the projects J-Built is involved in. Jason enjoys the whole process of building and especially enjoys interacting with clients and mentoring the J-Built crew. In his free time Jason enjoys camping with his family, exploring the woods with his dog and making exceptional pizzas.
