Let Us do the Heavy Lifting
At J-Built we understand that at times the building process can be overwhelming. We work closely with our clients to make sure all aspects of the building process are understood and take time to listen to all of our clients goals, expectations, and overall vision for all projects. We are always focused on helping clients facilitate their wishes and have a proven track record of bringing these wishes to fulfillment.
At J-Built we have a distinctive multiphase approach to all of our building projects. By focusing on this multi-phase approach we make sure that all parties involved have the same vision and expectations of a project.
Initial Meetings
This is the introductory phase of a project and involves us meeting with potential clients and interested parties such as architects and designers. In these meetings potential clients get to understand first hand our qualifications as well as our approach to building. This is also where we get a general feel of the goals, scope, budget and other important factors that influence whether or not J-Built is a good fit for the project.
Site Visits
In phase two we will visit the proposed site of construction, be it bare land or an existing home for remodel, and discuss the viability of the clients goals and any suggestions we have for reaching those goals.
Preliminary Budgeting and Pre-Construction Agreement
By this stage we will have a good understanding of your design and budgetary goals. We will enter into a Pre-Construction Agreement and start to discuss items such as materials and level of finishes. This will allow us to begin a Cost Analysis which will be based off of any architectural drawings, conceptual plans, etc. that are available and our discussions on level of material finishes. This is also where we can help clients understand options based on their budgetary requirements.
Construction Contract
After we have reached budget approval and have a set of blueprints to work off of we will enter into a Construction Contract and move forward into applying for necessary permits, surveying and scheduling.
Construction and Creation
At this point construction on the project begins and J-Built works hand in hand with any and all subcontractors, material providers, and building officials throughout the project to make sure we are within budget and on time.
Final Clean and Move in
After construction is complete we have professional cleaners make sure the build is move-in ready and after receiving final occupancy from the local building officials clients can move in and enjoy their new spaces.
Continued Maintenance
At J-Built we stand by our workmanship and will coordinate with clients several site visits even after the project is done. At this time we can schedule any maintenance that needs to be done or any small issues that need to be addressed.
